A Walk to the Playground

Last Sunday (I know, this is a little late. I'm still figuring out this blogging thing.) I took Toby on a little walk to the playground. We are living in a little apartment on the school campus, and Toby loves the school playground. I thought it'd be fun to document our walk in pictures.

The scenery here is incredible. Don't you just love those clouds?

The town is down at the bottom of this hill. It's not as far away as it looks.

There are so many different varieties of plants here! This is a shrub near our neighbors' front door. It looks like a bougainvillea plant that's been carefully trained.

It was fun walking along with Toby. I was lagging behind, taking pictures and admiring the views. Toby knew where we were headed and wasn't wasting any time. :-)

I took pity on him after that, and we hurried along to the playground. Toby was busy going down the slide, walking across the wooden bridge, and splashing in mud puddles.

We even played with the tetherball for a bit. Unfortunately, our playtime came to an end when I looked up to see a storm coming over the mountain. We hurried home and beat the rain by a few minutes.

The multi-purpose room is in this building. We have church here Sunday mornings.
