New Wheels

After being in the country for almost a year and a half with no vehicle, we are enjoying our new wheels! Actually, it would be more accurate to say that Jonathan is enjoying our new-to-us bike.

While it is quite common here to see a family of 4 or 5 riding on a single motorcycle, we haven't attempted that--nor do we plan to try it. Eventually we would love to buy a family vehicle, but for now we are so happy to have the convenience of a motorcycle. Now Jonathan can zip up to the school to fix after-hours internet problems instead of walking back and forth. It also makes his trips to the grocery store or the hardware store much quicker and easier, leaving more energy for other things (like gardening). :) And we always have the option of borrowing a school car when we want to go out as a family.
